HI Clarabelle, I slept better for the past 3 nights, without medicine, and 15 mins before my DST. I think a lot has to do with my mind set before bed time. I try to not think so much about sleep and just concentrate on watching TV or reading.

How long have you been taking Ambien, could your problem be due to sleep rebound?

You can check out Paul or Chris's posts, they have been most helpful and encouraging because they succeed!
