Both of you I can identify with completely! I'm so tired now I can barely type, but not sleepy!

I was a WONDERFUL sleeper before this horrid isomnia started out of the blue a year ago. Do a search on previous forums for my posts(I started posting in late march/early april of last year under ajm or desperate). you will see a lot of similarities!

i can barely sleep without meds. and I hate it.

i hate to post after such a long time and say things aren't much better, but they're not. :(
Oh well, I'll keep fighting.
