Now,you have tried this no sleeping thing to try to get more sleep another night? And it actually worked out like that? I have gone two nights of no sleep and am hoping I get sleep like that tonight. :) Now this plan of yours, does it work if you are taking medications? I can't imagine forcing myself to stay awake for days on purpose. How can you exercise or work when forcing yourself to not sleep for so long? What do you recommend doing when waking at night? (that would have low light) Reading maybe? Has this "cured" your insomnia? Anyways, thanks for sharing your ideas.
