I started SR a few months ago, and saw improvement in the first week. I, like Chris, told myself that this program would work for me, and I continued to see improvement as I continued with the program. Don't give up! It will get better, and it's so great that you're not taking sleep meds! I'm sleeping much better now, and have very little anxiety (if any) before bedtime. I just remember that if I can't sleep, my body will try harder to sleep the next night, and it's not bad for me if I can't get the sleep I want for a few nights.

Good luck!
