Anne: I just finished a bad period and now have had Ok sleep for five nights. The period will pass. Set backs are common. Use relaxation techniques. Call doctor and see if you can use higher dosage to get one night of sleep to get you back on track. Your anxiety is starting to increase. The anxiety is worse than the sleep. I sometimes believe the sleep debt goes down so much that the body is not use to it and as soon as you obtain some sleep debt, you will sleep again. This is just my theory. Keep good habits. You were sleeping just days ago and you will have a great night sleep soon again.
