Otis-so you do sleep restriction on meds? I wasn't sure if I should be doing it not on meds. I do have more range from the doctor for meds. So I can go up. Just nervous to. I am afraid I will need a higher dose more often then and have even more weight gain. Then again, maybe if I can get good sleep for a night things may get more regular. Or maybe it is a "fake" sleep. I don't know...
