Thanks DJmaux,

I work out with heavy weights, play competetive basketball, and 'run around' getting my daily work etc done. For the lack of a better word, I am an athlete - and have been since an early age. I am ex-military and am always on the go.

My problem with sleep has nothing to do with not excercising more. If I did excercise any more than I presently do - I would simply risk mental and physcial burnout and injuries.

Cheers for the tips on the relaxation techniques, though. My problem I guess in lamens terms is learnng how to "switch off" at bedtime rather than not being active enough.

-Jay
