I find it hard to fit in that much exercise. Nor can I get up the energy on the nights that I don't sleep well. I can barely walk without bumping things, or drive my car. I just hope I can get busy enough running after my toddler, babysitting, laundry, grocery shopping etc. to keep myself tired. It was interesting reading your input though. Do you work? How do you manage all this?
