Yay, I slept most of the night last night and the night before! Yesterday I kept myself really busy. I had two toddlers and kept going and going up until 8 or 9 when I had to go to something at my teen's school. There are times in the day that I feel like I am going to faint though. I don't know what that is about. I wonder if it is the Elavil. I have still been doing the sleep restriction. One time I even woke last night and went back to sleep. I think I was too tired to think about anything. I pray this continues. :)
