What if you can't fit in that amount of time during a day? I leave for work at 6:30am, have 30min for lunch (during which I'm eating and don't have time for exercise as well) and I don't get home until 6pm at night. I then have to prepare my evening meal so I'm not eating too late and you're not supposed to exercise for about 6 hours before you go to bed (so even if I did an hour of exercise when I got home, I wouldn't be getting to bed until at least 1am).

If I'm not getting to bed before 1am, then I sure don't plan on getting up at 4am to exercise for a couple of hours (after all, I would need at least half an hour to shower and get ready for work), especially since it's not even getting light until after 6am.

That aside, I have had incredibly physically demanding jobs where I have been on my feet and on the go all day, lugging heavy boxes and coming home completely physically exhausted - but being physically exhausted and physically tired is still a LONG way from being SLEEPY. The few times I have been so completely exhausted that I've fallen asleep relatively quickly, I've then woken up a couple of hours later and then that's been it for the night!

I'm glad that you've got something that seems to work so well for you, but just remember that what might work for you may not work for everyone.

Cheers
