Yes...To add to the list of foods not to be eaten before bed are all the nightshade veggies as eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, and anything else that contains oxalic acid.. Also add to the list wine, and cheese, which was already mentioned, and for some people all chocolate products. Believe it or not chocolate puts some people to sleep, according to a survey done by my alternative doctor.The miracle of difernces! It's interesting that most cafes serve wine and cheese and interesting coffees. Maybe they serve this to keep people up so they will stay longer .....Ummmmm...Hope
