Biofeedback for Insomnia WORKS!

Most people around here have tried everything to sleep. We all want the quick fix, something that will knock us out and send us into the land of snooze. Well if your patient, and can wait a few weeks, BIOFEEDBACK really works.

Basically it is just a matter of telling our mind, spirit, and body that enough is enough. The insomnia is over. You will sleep 8 hours (if that's what you need) every night.

No more struggle. No more torture.

Just a matter of conditioning ourselves to sleep. Once we learn how to do this, we can practice it, and in a matter of 10-30 Biofeedback sessions, there is a permanent solution.

They basically hook up electrodes to your scalp which reveals to them what brain waves patterns your at. I have a feeling most Insmoniacs are not at ALPHA.

For all those out there, before you try another drug, give this a shot. Most Biofeedback Doctors take insurance also.
