A lot of what you say makes sense. When I tell myself, before I go to sleep that, "I am nornal and that nothing is really wrong with me and that I will sleep", it seems to help. I don't know whether I am completely normal or not, but my brain doesn't know that. It evenually believes what you tell it, which relieves your fears and helps you sleep better. I really should pratice this more often. I slip up to much.
