I was diagnosed with OSA in Sept. '98. My doctor then put me on Zoloft because of irregular, pounding heartbeats. CPAP was supposed to cure al this, but now, my diagnosis is that the OSA is under control with CPAP but I'm sufferring from insomnia. My Zoloft has been cut in half and Serazone added. I had a bad reaction to Trazadone prior to the Zoloft. Also prescribed - no caffiene, no smoking, no alcohol, extra excercise (though where I'm to find the energy, I have no idea). Any suggestions?
