Is your insomnia caused by your bipolar disorder, which I know is a symptom? Are you on any medication for your bipolar disorder? This should help aleviate your insomnia. Insomnia is not good for bipolar disorder. Doesn't your doctor know that insomnia can trigger a manic episode?
