I'm not sure if everyone has the same symptoms. I can only tell you about mine. Sometimes I had no trouble falling asleep, but would wake about 2:00 and not be able to fall asleep again. Sometimes it would take me about 4 hours to fall asleep. I had many nights of one to three hours of sleep. Sometimes I slept through the night but the sleep was shallow and restless. This went on several times a week for many years. I finally had a DMSA test which showed high levels of mercury. Hope this answers your question.
