The first question you need to ask yourself is what happened two months ago to disrupt your sleep. School, job, relationships? Any stressor can have an effect on your sleep habits. Is there something on your mind that is causing you to wake up frequently? Once you pinpoint the possible culprit, you can take steps to address it.
