Corey,
Did something happen to trigger your insomnia or did it just come out of the blue? The first thing you may want to do is visit your family doctor to rule out all other health problems, such as thyroid problem.
Do you kick at night or have problems breathing or do you snore? Has anyone told you that you do? Have you been depressed or upset over something other than your sleep problem? Have you talked to your family about your problems sleeping? problem?
