Posted by sleepless in Denver on June 18, 1999 at 19:58:47:I have had trouble sleeping for 4 years now. I have posted several columns regarding Xanax. I recently visited a neuro-therapy doctor and he prescribed Effexor (thinks I may be suffering from depression although I feel it is a direct result of poor sleep)and 150mg trazadone. I am also taking .25mg xanax and will stop taking this next week. Does anyone have any experience with Effexor? I just want to start sleeping and eventually stop taking meds.
