I have been taking Temazepam for 11 month's, if you have trouble sleeping, it really put's you out. I have really become addicted to them, I need 1-15MG tablet every night or I'm still up at 3 or 4 in the morning. So if you start taking them try not to take them every night,also you feel very rested the next day and not tired.......,.
