SR setback advice needed

Posted by rckymtns on July 31, 2003 at 10:43:59:

For you SR experts, when you experience a setback how do you determine a later bedtime to get back on track? I've got unavoidable stress that I believe is causing the setback this week and have gone from 7 hours of sleep to 3 or 4. I'm thinking of restricting myself to 6.5 hours in bed for the remainder of the week. Does this sound reasonable? Thanks!!
