How to get treatment??

How have the "success stories" found treatment? I'm looking for a relative. There are no centers closer than 100 miles. His doctor is sympathetic but doesn't seem to know much and just tells him to learn to relax...yeah right! He really needs and wants a comprehensive evaluation and treatment. Suggestions please.
