Hi, thank you both so much for your responses, I greatly appreciate it. The reason I take two at night is because I wake up with panic attacks at night that last about 10 minutes. Last night, after I posted the message, I took one and a half to go to sleep on and did just fine. I slept well.

So, you are saying, after I do the two weeks of a half of a pill once a day (half of 0.25) for two weeks, then do 1/4 of a pill once a day for two weeks? And then on the last day of that two weeks, it's safe to just stop?
