Dee, I feel uncomfortable giving more specific advice since I am not a Dr. and providing that kind of info is frowned upon on this board. I would however go to the web site I mentioned....www.benzo.org.uk there is a link to a Dr. heather Ashton. She is recognzed as one of the leading experts on benzo addiction and withdrawel. Her manual is posted on the site and you can download it for free. after reading it, I would take the manual to your Dr. and TOGETHER devise a taper that makes sense. You might need to find a pharmacy that is able to compound, so your doses are measured precisely. the idea is to reduce your dosage by 10% every 2-3 weeks. So if you're on .75mg you should cut .075 the first time to .675 then 2 weeks later another 10% cut...etc.etc.
