I have known people to travel thousands of miles to visit a sleep clinic. A hundred miles is a small price for a good evaluation. I would call fist and possible talk to the lab and expain the situation and they may be able to help from the phone. If not, make an appointment and take a ride. Also check to see if there is someone in the lab that deals with insomnia. Some labs just test for OSA.
