I would think any supplement that provides Central Nervous System support would be helpful. These include Calcium/Magnesium, B vitamins, Inositol (a type of B vitamin), and L-Theanine (an amino acid); herbs such as Relora, Kava Kava or Valerian Root (ingredient in Alluna Sleep); and homeopathic remedies such as Calms Forte, etc. (there are many available).
Did the start of your nightmares coincide with when you began taking one of your medications? You may want to consider this. I know Wellbutrin has somewhat of a stimulant effect, so it could be causing disturbed sleep if taken too close to bedtime. Also, I would stay away from anti-psychotics, these are powerful drugs with lots of side effects (some permanent) and are not intended for sleep problems. And of course any anti-anxiety drug carries with it the potential for addiction.
It's good that you are exploring natural remedies first. Try some of the suggestions above, see what works for you, and give it some time. If things don't improve, call your doctor. Good luck!
