Dear Blue..I uses to spend quite bit of tim in the pool, and also consequently, did not sleep well the nights I was in the pool for extended times. My mother also mentioned to me that she doesn't sleep well when she swims for along time. The only thing that I can think of that if you are swimming in Chlorinated water, which you probably are, that chlorine is made from mercury which being a very strong chemical may effect your nervous system adversely. I now keep my time in the pool to under a half an hour and it doesn't seem to effect me like tit did when I was spending anhour or two in there. Also be sure to take a shower immediatley and remove the residue of chlorine off your skin. Take care...Hope
