i was also told i have GAD, and i think it's probably an accurate diagnosis, although i've had it all my life, and for the most part, it's manageable.

i know my insomnia was caused by anxiety mostly. it was conditioned. i'm curious why you don't think anxiety plays a big role in yours when you've been diagnosed with GAD.
