Yes, sunflower seeds, yogurt, ice cream and many others. I have tried them all. :-] I gained 20
pounds. :-/ Speaking just for myself, my mindset was such that I actually feared bedtime.
I had to be up and go to work and the fear of not being able to get a good night's sleep actually kept me awake. All of that subsided
when I retired and did not have to be at a designated place at a designated time. Bedtime was a big source of my anxiety. Being retired I am not cured. I believe there is no cure for people like me. We just have to learn to live with it, which I have done. We are all different and therefore we all seem to find
our own little "cure" for our problems. I am sure you will as well. Never give up because
it really isn't as bad as it may seem sometimes.
