Cecilia hello!! My wife of 30 years is Chinese. Her family religion is Buddhism and
Taoism. Maybe that is why she has no trouble sleeping. :-] There is a lot to that belief. It is a mindset that when followed does have a calming effect but one has to really get into that in both belief and habits to earn any of it's benefits. I was never able. Chinese medicine as well. May seem odd to us westerners but there is a lot to say for it. Again I never really studied or was that greatly interested in it. It is well worth looking into. Chuck
