and all of those people for your posts of encouragment and support. i understand that you all have dealt with insomnia for a long time and have come out on the other side with the know how of at least controlling your personal insomnia. to continue on supporting the people here is sooooooo sweet of you. i too have regained my sleep with occasional slips and feel compelled to stay with this forum b/c i know that insomnia will probably always pop up throughout my life and for me, staying with this group keeps me up to date with the latest new therapies and drugs. i am so thankful for this forum!!!! YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!! its no fun having insomnia but with support comes confidence.
