My pshrink thinks I should "tuff it out" because I really don't know if I am in a depression or it's just the grief.

I just got off the phone with my primary doc who thinks I should increase the trazodone. He also thinks that since I have only been on the lorazapam at night (for about five weeks) it should not be difficult to ween off it. Interestingly, he thinks I should stop reading these forums because I am probably scaring myself into a worse state then I really am.

My heart goes out to those of you that have survived this torture for any length of time. I'm hoping he is right when he says that this is a temporary thing for me.
