maybe I can only sleep 5 hours?

I realised that if I go to bed later, sleeping only 5, 6 hours a night, my sleep quality is better, ie I sleep more soundly and my mood is definitely better in the day.

But if I head to bed an hour earlier I will not be able to have good sleep. I have been practising SR for nearly 10 mths, have difficulty increasing the number of hours of sleep, I do not know why, maybe it is a mental hurdle? or maybe I am simply one who only need 5, 6 hours of sleep?
