Hi Alex, I just finished posting a message to you on the other thread called last night. Yes SR does work for most...You need to give it time. In the beginning I did get out of bed. I would allow myself more time though...I waited for about 30 to 40 minutes, then I would make myself get out of bed and do something very boreing. I HATED it. I HATED dragging my sorry butt out of bed.

Once I got over the anxiety about not falling asleep right away, I stopped getting out of bed. All this took sometime. You need to travel this part of the journey first. Good luck!
