Acupressurist feels that what you do for sleep is rub hard about 30 times on certain spots at the back of your skull. You have a matched set. There's a point about an inch behind your earlobe, on the underside of the bone that sticks out slightly at the bottom of your skull. He says you can find the spot by finding what hurts. (On me it hurts plenty.) There's also a spot on the inner wrist he likes, but I don't remember where it is.
