was incompatible with ativan withdrawal. You didn't say
how large of a dose you were taking or for how long.
I started using ativan regularly about 9 months ago, I think.
i was taking 0.5 mg every few days., tho during the past
month or two i'd been taking 1 mg every 5 days, approximately.
But you're right that withdrawal seems to cause total
insomnia. Tonite is my fourth nite since the last time
i took ativan, and I show no signs of sleepiness at
all at 1 AM, despite hot bath and breathing exercizes.
