I have used it, but not long term. I took 0.5 mgs. two nights on, one night off. It helped me sleep. No doubt about it. However, i didn't feel quite like myself when i was using it, but that isn't really why i stopped using it. I was concerned about addicition and withdrawal. I used it for two weeks and when I stopped, cold turkey, it was not fun. My insomnia returned and i was having awful rebound anxiety. This was my experience, but i have read many posts from folks who have used klonopin for years and believe it is the best medicine ever invented. I think you have decide what is best for you. For me, klonopin is not the way to go.
