Hi C,
You might want to run a search on alcohol in the archives to see if there is anything there. Try on the net too... I always found alcohol disrupted my sleep patterns, but as with any substance that effects the brain, habitual use can cause some type of chemical change or "need" that you have to deal with. I had to completely come off of alcohol (with the help of a 12 step program :) mainly because of my prescription medications used to regulate my sleep. They were counteracting each other... Keep us posted. Very curious what you find.
