i can't fall asleep at all

sorry if my english isn't good. here's my situation. i'm 21 and i've been sleepless for about 3 weeks now. before i would go to bed and like 3 hrs later, i could sleep, short but that was okay. but after a big arguement with my brother 3 weeks ago, i just cant sleep anymore. i'd stay awake the whole night, sometimes 12 hrs straight. my head feels like it's clogge up.in bed it feels like im about to die but my brain wouldn't give in. it'd stay active while my eyes and the rest of the body would just shut down. i think im very stressed out. i dont know whom to see. any helps would be greatly appreciated.
