Understanding sleep test

Posted by kismet on February 25, 2004 at 16:41:40:

Anyone else know how to interpret sleep test results. Doc explained it but was not to helpful. Seems there is an instrution of Alpha activity during stage II, stage I was overeprsented and deep sleep absent. Sleep efficency poor at 60%. total arousals of 132.

Have tried sleep restriction and sleep doc is recommending again. Hope others are having better luck.
