Molly,

Don't worry about it, not that difficult. Just came back from a sleep clinic. Its like being in a hotel room and except for the wires and being hooked up, you probably wont notice you are being watched. They are not in the room with you, its a camera. They did tell me to bring any type of sleeping drug I was prescribed.

It is a useful tool for a doctor to have to try to figure out or rule out what is going on.
