I totally agree about the cognitive behavioral therapy--that has been an important part of my recovery. (Knock on wood, things are going great these days--7 hrs. or so a night.)

I think, though, that whether or not coming here & reading the posts is helpful may depend on how you use it. If you're already in an obsessive place & reading the posts feeds into that, then, it sounds like it's not helpful. For me, when I do have a bad night, these posts help me feel not so alone, and that is comforting & calming.
