I have just finished reading Gregg Jacobs' book "Say Goodnight to Insomnia", which focuses a lot on cognitive behavioral therapy. I would like to find an appropriate therapist locally (not one who will make me feel like I am crazy for having insomnia, but who is well acquainted with curing chronic, conditioned insomnia. How do you go about finding such a trained person?

Carla (I am in Los
Angeles, CA)
