I've tried melitonin before. I used to use it last year. In the beginning it worked pretty well. The only problem was that i woke up like every hour. It was still better than no sleep at all though. THEN it just stopped working. I don't think my body got used to it...because i didn't use it every night or anything. just maybe once a week. I think i took 1 or 2 ml. I havn't used it in a long time though...maybe i should try it again...
I heard Peanut Butter helps you sleep too, i've tried it but it doesn't work. Is it the same type of thing?
