Just wondering how it's going, if you're feeling any better. It makes sense that if you've had a bug it would tire you even though you're getting more sleep. (Five weeks!) I'm curious -- you seem to be getting more sleep since you started teaching, at least in terms of numbers of hours. Do you think this is true? Are you still getting results with -- I think it was Remeron? Funny, my husband also teaches college math -- I think it does take a huge amount of focus, as you say -- and he sleeps fine. So how do you do it?!
Guess I'm mostly wondering how it's going.
Sorry if I blathered on in my last post about all my latest attempts to treat my own things. I am increasingly suspicious that us folks with longterm chronic problems have some chemical or neurological or "energetic" issue that has not yet been discovered by the people who research sleep things. I think it's a reasonable approach to take, and I've totally been down all the other roads. I figure if I could've put all the inventiveness and energy I've put into being an insomniac into something more lucrative, being a litigation attorney, say, I could be worth a few million bucks by now.
