Sparky - Thanks for replying. Even though I discussed earlier that it might not be a good idea for me to keep coming on here, due to my anxiety, it is certainly a comfort to know that there are people out there that care enough to try & aid others they have never met.

Its strange what you said about getting over excited about a good night. A few nights ago I slept for about 7.5hrs and was sooo pleased about it. But me being me, I couldnt think "Ahh this is the start of good things to come". I took it as a lucky one off and sure enough the following nights were, shall we say, not so pleasurable!

I know that I can get to a point that you have. Where a bout of insomnia doesnt go on and on. Its very frustrating that we think this way though isnt it. - For the last few nights my old dear has had trouble sleeping but she says it would never cross her mind to start getting anxious about it. She just excepts it as a normal thing that everone experiences from time to time. WHICH I KNOW IT IS!! AAAAHHHH!!!

Anyway I digress! - Take care Sparky.

Steveo
