Carla Hi. I have 4 years on you at 12 years and I know what you are feeling as I have been there many times. This week has been bad. Its funny you get some respite some times then bang its here again. I am in the UK so can't help you on cognitive resources. I have given up on drugs etc and just accept it. It really is the only way. It's a shame we are not allowed to swap addresses to talk but that is the rules. 4am seems to be the time insomniacs in Uk wake..is it same for you?
Take Care. Go with the flow.
Love Crusader.
