Any success using light box

Posted by wileysmom on March 03, 2004 at 09:48:41:

Hi all,

I have read that using a light box can help change an out of whack circadian rhythm. They say that if you use the light box in the morning it will cause you to be more alert during the day and if you restrict exposure to light at night it may be easier to fall asleep at a reasonable hour. Has anyone had any success with using a light box to adjust their sleep cycle? Is this really helpful or just another waste of $$$. Any opinions are appreciated.

Thanks!
