I may have been one of them, sort of. I was posting all the time for awhile. I got 0-2 hours sleep for 2 years. My daughter also had insomnia, that led me to having insomnia as well. I have been doing so much better now and so is she. She is 4 years old now and falls asleep around midnight now and sleeps til 7a.m. (which is awesome) I fall asleep most times around 1 am to 6, sometimes 7am. With medication still, but am grateful for what I can get. I have been so excited about 5-6 hours of sleep a night. But, still have those bad nights of course here and there, but they get better. I also get very down in those times and frustrated. I just want to be well and cured. No meds, no sleepless nights nothing. I also had a migraine today, but that is another story. I am very grateful to have this board to turn to though. And am so sorry to hear about all those that are suffering. I remember those bad nights well. I found reading at night in bed, helpful to me. I read a happy fiction book and read and read and read, so that no worries sit in my brain and I am so tired that I can barely keep my eyes open. I also force myself to exercise in the mornings. No matter how tired I am, I try to work through it. i have been able to lower my medication I take at night for sleep too. Anyways, thanks for all being there! I will say a prayer for you all.
