It is frustrating hearing that people say they have insomnia or sleep problems, when they wake at night once, but go back to sleep. Or other minor things, like didn't sleep well one night. People tell me all the time things like "I only got 5 hours sleep last night." "I am so tired. " I feel like saying "ohhh, please!" People don't understand the difficulty an insomniac has and really brushes it off. I know it has affected my whole life at times. It has prevented me from driving, shopping etc. many a time. I do appreciate the difficulties others are having. I posted above. I guess I am actually not a quick passer by, but I think it is good to come back and let others know when things get better too. So there can be some hope, even though hard to envision in us.
